Post-doc/Research Scientist Position.
Project Engineer in the project entitled as "Bhu Parikshak 2” (Jan 24, 2025)
Qualification and Desired Qualification:
Qualification: M. Sc.(Agriculture), B.Tech. or M. Tech in Agricultural Engineering. The candidate must have experience in soil testing particularly micronutrients using ICAR norms. Further, the candidate should be aware of different procedure adopted for the soil testing.
Desirable: The candidate should have preferably masters in soil chemistry with relevant experience.
Nature of work: The work involves collecting soil, analysis soil micronutrients properties using gold standards. The candidate will be with a team and will provide necessary soil sample characteristics using different techniques.
The appointment for the above post will be till the end of the project. The post is purely temporary and on a contractual basis.
The department reserves the right to fix suitable criteria for short listing of eligible candidates satisfying qualifications and experience. Only short-listed candidates will accordingly be called for interview. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
